Frozen avocado is prepared from sound, properly ripened fruit which has been sorted, peeled and de-stoned. It is dipped in the appropriate mix of citric acid (E330) and ascorbic acid (E300) and then made into a pulp and converted into pellets (L 25mm and W 20mm). Tolerance ± 10. It is then filled into bags.

Recommended storage instructions:
Keep Frozen at -18°C. Defrost in a refrigerator overnight. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
