Frozen avocado is prepared from sound, properly ripened fruit which has been sorted, washed, peeled and de-stoned. It is then made into a slices (4-10mm, Tolerance: ±10%), dipped in the appropriate mix of citric acid (E330) and ascorbic acid (E300). It is then filled into bags.

Keep Frozen at -18°C. Defrost in a refrigerator overnight. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
