Avocado Guacamole - Spicy

Product  Frozen avocado pulp is prepared from sound, properly ripened fruit which  has been sorted, washed, peeled, de-stoned and pulped.
 The appropriate additives are added during processing.
 The product is then filled into bags or tubs and blast frozen.
 Ingredients   Avocado, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Garlic, Ascorbic Acid, Citric Acid, Black  Pepper, Chilli.

Flavour  Typical fresh avocado flavour
Storage  Frozen at -18oC or lower
Shelf life  Frozen minimum of 3 years from date of manufacture
